Free delivery with a two-week order if the total order amount exceeds NIS 2,000
If the client is not at home, waiting for the courier until the client arrives is impossible.
In all other cases, the cost of individual delivery is paid at the rate of 100 to 150 NIS. for individual delivery.

Change of delivery address
La modification de l'adresse de livraison dans la ville indiquée dans la commande est possible jusqu'à 08h00 le jour de la livraison.
Le changement d'adresse vers une autre ville, différente de la ville indiquée dans la commande est possible au plus tard à 12h00 la veille de la livraison.
Si le client ne notifie pas le changement d'adresse dans le délai imparti, la livraison expirera, les fonds ne seront pas compensés, la livraison ne pourra pas être reportée ou modifiée.
Delivery regions
Delivery is carried out to all cities of the country located at a distance of 100 km from Tel Aviv. We do not ship to cities in Palestine, the Gaza Strip, the Dead Sea. If you have a question whether your city is included in the map of our deliveries, ask us a question by phone.
If you live very far away and there is no delivery to your city, you can always come and pick up your order in the nearest large settlement where we deliver.

In case of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the client, regardless of the reasons for such termination of the contract, the client pays for the delivery. Free delivery is not possible if the client decides to terminate the contract on his own initiative. After receiving from the client an application for early termination of the contract on his initiative, the balance of the amount will be refunded minus the cost of delivery. The cost of 1 delivery that was and / or will be made to the client until the termination of the contract and / or the moment the refund is made on his initiative is from 35 to 55 shekels. for 1 delivery. The cost of delivery to remote areas is calculated according to the price list below.
